Thermal Bag Return Policy
To ensure the freshness of your meals, Kasbra Meal Prep deliveries arrive in custom thermal bags with ice packs.
On your scheduled delivery day, please place your empty thermal bag with ice packs outside by 9:00 AM. Our driver will collect the used bag when delivering your new meals.
To reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we reuse these thermal bags and ice packs as part of our sustainability commitment. By returning your bag each week, you’re helping us lower single-use packaging and reduce landfill waste.
If a thermal bag is not returned after two (2) delivery attempts, a $12.99 replacement fee per bag will be automatically charged to your account.
If you cancel your subscription, a Kasbra representative will contact you to arrange the return of any outstanding bags. Failure to return bags may result in a $12.99 charge per unreturned bag.
